COLE COUNTY – Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) maintenance crews will replace culvert pipes at multiple locations next week north of Jefferson City.
The work is scheduled to take place Monday, November 15 through Friday, November 19. For the safety of the traveling public, this work will require full closures at several locations between Truman Boulevard and Route N. Crews will start near Truman Boulevard and work north.
The road will be closed at work locations between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Message boards and signs will be in place ahead of time, alerting local travelers of specific closures. MoDOT says updates for this maintenance work will also be available on the Traveler Information Map and on MoDOT Central District social media pages.
Travelers will need to find an alternate route around these closures while work takes place. MoDOT appreciates the patience of travelers and encourages drivers to obey all traffic signs and give crews plenty of room to work.
This work is weather permitting and could be delayed.
