HANNIBAL – The new Route C bridge in Lewis County, over Durgen’s Creek, approximately one mile west of Route P near LaGrange, is completed and now open to traffic. The new bridge replaced the original bridge that was 84-years old. This bridge replacement project is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state. The contract for these projects was awarded earlier this year to Bleigh Construction Company of Hannibal, Missouri for $1,698,197.
