Concrete Replacement to Impact Travel on Route 63

COLUMBIA – Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) maintenance crews will be replacing concrete next week along U.S. Route 63 north of Columbia.

Work is scheduled to take place in the southbound and northbound lanes between Brown School Road and Route B, as well as along the southbound entrance ramp from Brown School Road onto Route 63. The work is schedule to take place Monday, October 25 through Thursday, October 28 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

For the safety of travelers and workers on the road, one lane in each direction and the Brown School Road ramp will be closed while work takes place. Signs will be in place to guide traffic through the work zones.

MoDOT appreciates the patience of travelers during the work and encourages drivers to obey all traffic signs and give crews plenty of room to work.

This work is weather permitting and could be delayed.
