Buchanan County U.S. Route 59 resurfacing project to close Friday and Saturday at Route K

Route K will also be closed at the intersection with U.S. Route 59

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – A resurfacing project on Buchanan County U.S. Route 59 (St. Joseph Avenue) will close both U.S. Route 59 and Route K Friday and Saturday, weather permitting. On Friday afternoon, Oct. 1 and Saturday morning, Oct. 2, contractors from Herzog Contracting Corp., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, plan to close U.S. Route 59 from approximately Venture Avenue to Blackwell Road and Route K at the U.S. Route 59 intersection.

 All work is weather permitting and could be rescheduled.
