Experts, Advocates Gather for Highway Safety Progress

COLUMBIA – The Missouri Coalition for Roadway Safety is hosting Missouri’s 2021 Highway Safety and Traffic Conference Sept. 20-22, where local and national safety experts and advocates will meet to share practices, ideas and discussions supporting Missouri’s strategic highway safety plan, Show-Me Zero.

Speakers at the conference will include Gov. Mike Parson, Director Patrick McKenna of MoDOT, Col. Eric Olson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, and representatives from AAA, the Federal Highway Administration, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, local law enforcement agencies and more. The conference will be hosted both in-person at the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia, and virtually for registered attendees.
