New Bridge Opens on Route P in Montgomery County

HANNIBAL – Motorists now have the opportunity to drive across the new bridge on Route P at Dry Fork Creek, located 0.7 mile south of Route K near Americus in Montgomery County. The bridge closed in May to undergo replacement. E & C Bridge, LLC, of Jamestown, Missouri, completed the project in the amount of $638,177.  The new bridge is four foot wider than the previous one for added safety.

This bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.
