Amtrak celebrates Missouri Bicentennial with special Missouri River Runner fare

21% off adult fares for 21 days

JEFFERSON CITY – To celebrate the 200th anniversary of Missouri’s statehood in 2021, the Amtrak Missouri River Runner is offering a 21% discount for 21 days. This offer applies to adult coach fares booked online from Aug. 4 – Aug. 25, 2021. Whether you are traveling to a Missouri Bicentennial event, the Missouri State Fair or a well-deserved summer getaway, take advantage of the savings!

Amtrak’s Missouri Bicentennial offer is available online only at Amtrak.com/deals. Reservations are required at least one day in advance of travel on the Amtrak Missouri River Runner. Use discount code “V321” when making your reservation. The route operates twice daily between St. Louis and Kansas City with stops at Kirkwood, Washington, Hermann, Jefferson City, Sedalia, Warrensburg, Lee’s Summit and Independence.
