HANNIBAL - The roads that were closed around Perry in Ralls County to allow for storm damage clean up are now open and includes Missouri Route 154, Route B, and Route J. There is flash flooding still occurring due to the amount of rainfall. Please check MoDOT's online traveler map at www.modot.org before traveling, and never drive through flooded roads.
