St. Joseph, Mo. – Contractors working with the Missouri Department of Transportation plan to close the ramp from southbound Interstate 29 to westbound U.S. Route 36 (Exit 46B) on Friday, July 16. The ramp is scheduled to close between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. in order to replace the guardrail. During the closure, motorists will need to use an alternate route:
