St. Joseph, Mo. – Bridge deck repairs have narrowed Route PP in Chariton County. Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation have closed one lane of Route PP over the Chariton River Overflow and Middle Fork Chariton River bridges, east of Salisbury. The road is currently narrowed to one lane and will remain that way through Friday afternoon, July 9. Temporary traffic signals are in place to guide drivers through the work zone.
All work is weather-permitting and schedules are subject to change.
MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by always buckling up, keeping your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones. Know before you go and check what work zones you might encounter at traveler.modot.org.
