HANNIBAL - There are still a few roads closed due to flooding in southern Montgomery County, as well as others outside of MoDOT's Northeast District counties, so please refer to the MoDOT traveler information map for updates. Just reopened are Missouri Route 161 at Route T and Route E in Montgomery County.
