UPDATE: Southbound Interstate 229 ramp to northbound Interstate 29 closure postponed to Monday

St. Joseph, Mo. – Weather has once again postponed the closure of the ramp from southbound Interstate 229 to northbound I-29, just south of St. Joseph by one day. The ramp is now scheduled to close Monday, June 28, from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., instead of today as originally planned. The ramp will close for guardrail replacement as part of ongoing environmental cleanup and repairs following a vehicle crash. Motorists must use an alternate route during the closure.
