MACON – Weather permitting, MoDOT crews will be doing culvert and bridge work on routes in Macon County. Please see the dates and locatons below.
Macon County Route K - June 14, road will be closed from Mariner Street to Ladder Street for a culvert replacement. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. that day.
Missouri Route 156 - June 21-24, road will be closed at Cottonwood Creek, located between Fedora Avenue and Flagpole Avenue, for bridge work. Work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each day. The bridge will be reopen each evening.
Motorists will need to find alternate routes during these times. Please pay attention to all work zone signs and personnel, and remember to always put your cell phone down to help eliminate distractions.
