SIKESTON – The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission awarded contracts for Southeast District projects during its regular meeting on June 2. Awarded contracts include resurfacing, erosion control, and a culvert replacement.
Contracts include the following:
- A $1,452,588 contract was awarded to Apex Paving Co., for resurfacing the following routes:
- Route 21 from Route 142 to the Arkansas state line in Ripley County,
- Route T from Route 160 to Route 142 in Ripley County, and;
- Route B from Route 21 to Route 60 in Carter County.
- A $848,950 contract was awarded to H.R. Quadri Contractors, LLC, for erosion control repairs along Route 67 in Madison County.
- A $1,906,138 contract was awarded to Apex Paving Co., for pavement improvements on the following routes:
- Route EE from Route 61 to the end of state maintenance in New Madrid County,
- Route 80 from Route 102 to Route 77 in Mississippi County,
- Route BB from Route 80 to Route P in Mississippi County,
- Route 102 from Route A to Route 77 in Mississippi County, and;
- Route 102 from Route 105 to Route 80 in Mississippi County.
- A $1,219,631 contract was awarded to Apex Paving Co., for pavement improvements on the following routes in Butler County:
- Route N from Route 51 near Qulin, Missouri to Route 51 near Fagus, Missouri,
- Route F from Route 160 to the end of state maintenance, and;
- Route KK from Route T to Route W.
- A $1,896,250 contract was awarded to Apex Paving Co., for pavement resurfacing on the following routes in Wayne County:
- Route Z from Route D to Route P,
- Route V from Route 34 to Route A, and;
- Route B from Route 34 to Route U.
- A $2,281,097 contract was awarded to Apex Paving Co., for pavement improvements on the following routes in Stoddard County:
- Route O from Route 25 to Route P,
- Route D from Route 25 to Route 153,
- Route FF from Route E to Route 114,
- Route MM from Route U to Route J, and;
- North Outer Road along Route 60 from Route AD to Route 25.
- A $41,999 contract was awarded to CE Contracting, Inc., for a culvert replacement on Route 72 approximately one mile west of Route PP in Cape Girardeau County.
