LPA EXPERIENCES IN TRANSITION PLAN IMPLEMENTATION

The purpose of an ADA Transition Plan is to assist a Title II agency to plan and implement the removal of barriers impacting people with disabilities. Cities large and small across the country are using their ADA Transition Plans in their project planning and development and tracking their progress. This webinar will highlight how some communities are improving access for individuals with disabilities.
