Interstate 29 ramp closures in Andrew County planned next week

St. Joseph, Mo. – Four Interstate 29 ramps are scheduled to close next week as part of a resurfacing project on Andrew County U.S. Route 59. Herzog Contracting Corp., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation plan to begin milling off pavement at the northbound and southbound I- 29 on and off ramps to U.S. Route 59 at Fillmore (Exit 65) on Saturday, June 5. During milling, the ramps will remain open, but motorists may experience delays.

On Monday, June 7, crews plan to close each on and off ramp for approximately two hours for resurfacing. Both milling and resurfacing operations are expected to take place between dawn and dusk.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
