Livingston County Route D to close tomorrow

St. Joseph, Mo. – Local maintenance crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation will close Livingston County Route D Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, June 2-15, for a seal coat project. Sections of the roadway will be closed daily between Mooresville and Norborne (north of U.S. Route 36 to Route 10).

Beginning tomorrow morning, Wednesday, June 2, the road will be closed in 10- to 12-mile sections. The roadway may close occasionally on Friday, as needed, to complete the project on time. Crews plan to begin tomorrow in Mooresville and progress south as weather permits. Local residents and property owners will be able to access their property during the closures, but through traffic will not be permitted.

All work is weather permitting and could be rescheduled.
