TRAFFIC ALERT: Expect Lane Closings, Traffic Delays on I-44 at Rt. FF May 24-28 for Pavement Repair

Where: Westbound I-44 near Jasper County Route FF (32nd Street) in Joplin

When: 12:01 a.m., Monday through noon, Friday, May 24-28

Why: Contractor crews will be repairing concrete pavement in westbound lanes beginning in the driving (right) lane

Traffic Impacts:

  • ‘Round the clock lane closures on westbound I-44 at Jasper County Route FF (32nd Street) in Joplin
  • Drivers should expect traffic delays, narrowed lanes
  • All lanes of I-44 OPEN by noon, Friday, May 28
  • Drivers urged to find alternate routes, no signed detours are planned
