Where: Walking trail/sidewalk between Frisco Greenway Trail and Oronogo Street along north side of Missouri Route 171 (McArthur Drive) in Webb City
When: 6 a.m., Saturday, April 24 until further notice
What: Walking trail/sidewalk CLOSED to allow contractor crews to make sidewalks and pedestrian areas conform to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements
Traffic Impacts:
- Occasional lane closings will be done at night (8 p.m.-6 a.m., Monday-Friday)
- All lanes will be open to traffic during weekends
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching work zones
- Drivers should find alternate routes around work zones
This work is part of a larger project to reconstruct a nine-foot wide sidewalk/trail in Webb City along McArthur Drive (Route 171) between Frisco Greenway Trail and Dawson Drive and reconstruct a sidewalk and make stormwater improvements in Alba.
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
