Chariton County Route 129 culvert replacement postponed

St. Joseph, Mo. –Due to the forecast of inclement weather, local maintenance crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation have rescheduled the culvert replacement approximately 1 mile north of U.S. Route 159 that originally planned for tomorrow. The road will now be closed Wednesday, April 21, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. During the closure, motorists will need to use an alternate route.

All work is weather-permitting and schedules are subject to change. Please remember that all work zones are No Phone zones. Buckle up. Phone down. Arrive Alive. Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work.
