JACKSON COUNTY – MoDOT Kansas City will be making pavement repairs along portions of I-435 beginning at 9:30 p.m. on Monday, April 19, until approximately 5 a.m. the following morning. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and find an alternate route if necessary. All work is weather permitting
- This work will require crews to close the ramp from northbound I-49 to northbound I-435.
- Crews will also close two lanes of northbound I-435 intermittently throughout the evening to make the repairs.
- There will also be a single lane closure along the ramp from eastbound I-435 to northbound I-435.
Please be patient and considerate to your fellow motorists. Use the zipper merge and take turns at merge points. Please remember that all work zones are NO PHONE ZONES. Buckle up. Phone down.
