TRAFFIC ALERT: Several St. Clair County Routes CLOSED for Pipe Work Beginning Week of April 19

What: MoDOT crews replacing deteriorating drainpipes underneath five routes in St. Clair County

When/Where: All work is scheduled to be done between the hours of 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

  • Monday, April 19 through Thursday, April 22 – Three pipes on Route V between Route WW and SE County Road 401 west of Vista
  • Monday, April 26 through Tuesday, April 27 – Three pipes on Route F between NW County Road 800 and NW County Road 600 west of Lowry City
  • Wednesday, April 28 through Thursday, April 29 – Two pipes on Route M between NW County Road 651 and NW County Road 400 west of Lowry City
  • Monday, May 3 – One pipe on Route AA between Route A and NW County Road 1001 east of Appleton City
  • Tuesday, May 4 – One pipe on Route D between NE County Road 171 and NE County Road 51 southwest of Lowry City

Traffic Impacts:

  • All lanes CLOSED where crews are working
  • All lanes OPEN during nighttime hours
  • Drivers will have access to driveways at either end of the work zone, but will not be able to travel through the work zone
  • No signed detour
  • Signs and message boards will alert drivers to the work zone
  • Drivers should find alternate route

Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
