SIKESTON - Northbound Interstate 55 in Scott County will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform bridge repairs.
This section of roadway is located from mile marker 85 to mile marker 89.
Weather permitting, work will begin Thursday, April 22, with completion anticipated Friday, May 28.
The work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
