PLATTE COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will make the following traffic change as part of the Route 9 resurfacing project in Platte County. All work is weather dependent.
Crews will close all lanes of westbound Route 9 before the I-635 overpass from 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 5 until 5:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 6 for removing temporary barrier wall from the Route 9 thru way.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
