Update: Carroll County Route U to close again tomorrow

St. Joseph, Mo. – Local maintenance crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation began a culvert replacement on Route U west of Hale, today, Wednesday, March 24. Crews will once again be closing the road between County Road 221 and County Road 231 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow, Thursday, March 25 in order to complete the replacement. During the closure, motorists will need to use an alternate route.

All work is weather-permitting and schedules are subject to change. Please remember that all work zones are No Phone zones. Buckle up. Phone down. Arrive Alive. Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work.
