ST. CHARLES COUNTY – Motorists should be aware of Route 79 closing next week for emergency overlay repairs.
Crews will close northbound and southbound Route 79 at Firma Road on Monday, March 15 and Tuesday, March 16 during the day. The closures will take place from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. A flagging operation will be in place to allow traffic around the closures.
Work zone signs and message boards are in place in the area to help direct motorists of the closures.
