Interstate ramp to close for maintenance

St. Joseph, Mo. – Contractors working with the Missouri Department of Transportation plan to close the ramp from northbound Interstate 29 to southbound I-229 (Andrew County, Exit 56B) on Wednesday for guardrail maintenance. The closure is planned for Wednesday, Feb. 24, between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Motorists must use an alternate route during that time.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change. Please remember that all work zones are NO PHONE zones. Buckle up. Phone down. Arrive alive. Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention to all roadway signing and barricades.
