HANNIBAL - Missouri Route 19 is closed east of Route EE in Ralls County, about 4 miles west of Center due to an incident involving a tractor trailer. The Missouri State Highway Patrol is detouring traffic to Garfield Road. If possible, please use alternate routes for the next few hours. There is not an estimated open time for the highway.
