Pavement Repairs to Impact Local Traffic in Laclede County

LACLEDE COUNTY – A pavement repair project that began earlier this year on Missouri Route 32 west of Lebanon will impact local traffic this coming week.

A contractor working for the Missouri Department of Transportation will be making improvements to the intersection of Route 32 and Normandy Drive on Monday, December 21 and Tuesday, December 22.

This work will require closing access off of Route 32 onto Normandy Drive from 8 a.m. on Monday, December 21 to 8 a.m. on Tuesday, December 22. Motorists will need to find alternate access routes. Signs will be in place to notify motorists of the closure.

The improvements are part of an effort to improve the driving surface of Routes 32, 64, 64A, and, in partnership with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, various roadways in Bennett Spring State Park in Laclede County. This work is the final phase in completing the project.

This work is weather permitting and could be delayed.
