SIKESTON - Route CC in Pemiscot County will be closed as contractor crews replace the Little River bridge.
This section of roadway is located between County Road 208 and County Road 218, near Wardell, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, Nov. 30, with completion anticipated Monday, Jan. 25. A signed detour will be in place.
This bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
