PLATTE COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will make the following traffic changes along the I-29 corridor as part of sign work in Platte County. All work is weather dependent.
- Crews will intermittently close the ramp and two lanes of northbound I-29 at the exit to NW Waukomis Dr. from 7:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16 until 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17
- Crews will intermittently close the ramp and two lanes of southbound I-29 at the exit to N. Oak Trafficway southbound, from 7:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16 until 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17
- Crews will intermittently close the ramp and one lane of southbound I-29 at the exit to HH, from 7:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16 until 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
