MACON - Weather permitting, Nov. 2-6 and Nov. 9-10, MoDOT crews will be working on U.S. Route 61 south in Lincoln County at Crooked Creek, located near Moscow Mills. Traffic will be reduced to one lane near the bridge while work is completed. The speed limit will be reduced to 55 mph, and there will be a 12 ft. width restriction in place. This work will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m each day.
Motorists will need to use caution if traveling through this area. Remember to obey all work zone signs and personnel, and put down your cell phone to help eliminate distractions.
