SIKESTON - Missouri Route 162 in New Madrid County will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews overlay the roadway.
This section of roadway is located from County Road 279 to Ditch Road in Gideon, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Wednesday, Nov. 4 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
