Macon County Route DD Open After Bridge Replacement at Billy's Branch

MACON – Macon County Route DD is now open at Billy’s Branch, located just west of Ten Mile, after closing in June for a bridge replacement project.

The new bridge is 24 feet wide, which is 4 feet wider than the old bridge. Guardrail was also added to increase the safety of motorists crossing the bridge.

This bridge was included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.
