Ramp closures Friday and Sunday nights planned on Interstate 29 in Buchanan County

At Route DD, Exit 35 at Faucett

St. Joseph, Mo. – The ramps at Route DD (Exit 35, Faucett) will be closed Friday and Sunday nights for resurfacing. The Missouri Department of Transportation contracted with Herzog Contracting Corp. to resurface I-29 from just south of Route O to the Platte County line, including the ramps at Route DD. Operations will be conducted at night to lessen the impact to motorists.

The on and off ramps in both directions will be closed Friday, Sept. 25 and Sunday, Sept. 27 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning. Currently, no work is planned for Saturday night into Sunday morning.

All work is weather-permitting and schedules, including the completion date, are subject to change.

Motorist are urged to stay alert and pay attention to all roadway signing and barricades and to eliminate distractions. Crews will be working close to traffic. Please remember that all work zones are NO PHONE zones. Buckle up. Phone down. Arrive Alive.
