Route OO to Undergo Resurfacing

LACLEDE/DALLAS COUNTY – Following the removal and replacement of guardrail in June, the process to resurface Route OO between Bennet Spring and Route 32 will begin tomorrow.

The Missouri Department of Transportation says the project is expected to take up to a week to complete and will improve the pavement condition and smoothness of Route OO.

Daily lane closures will be in place. Signs, flaggers, and pilot vehicles will guide motorists through the work zone. Motorists are asked to slow down, plan extra travel time, avoid distractions and watch for crews in work zones. MoDOT says the patience of motorists is appreciated.

This work is weather permitting and could be delayed.
