MOUND CITY, Mo. – A section of Holt County Route E will close for pavement repairs later this week. Local maintenance crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation will close the road approximately 1 mile south of Mound City on Friday, Sept. 18, from 6:30 to 11:30 a.m. in order to make the needed repairs. During this closure, motorists will need to use an alternate route.
All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change. Please remember that all work zones are NO PHONE zones. Buckle up. Phone down. Arrive Alive. Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention to all roadway signing and barricades.
