What: Lane closings and traffic delays on Campbell Avenue at Lakewood Street in Springfield
When: 10 p.m. – 5 a.m. beginning Monday, September 21 lasting up to 30 days
Why: Private developer installing a utility line, raised islands and concrete paving for a development on the west side of Campbell Avenue at Lakewood Street
Traffic Impacts:
- Northbound Campbell Avenue left lane closed at Lakewood Street during nighttime hours
- Southbound Campbell Avenue left lane closed at Lakewood Street during nighttime hours
- Southbound Campbell Avenue left turn lane to Lakewood Street open
- Campbell Avenue lanes open during daytime hours
- Lakewood Street CLOSED west of Campbell Avenue
- Turn-Lanes CLOSED:
- Northbound Campbell Avenue left turn lane to Lakewood Street
- Southbound Campbell Avenue right turn lane to Lakewood Street
- Lyon Avenue (Campbell Avenue west outer road) CLOSED south of the The Library Center
- Drivers can get to The Library Center using West El Camino Alto Drive to Lyon Avenue
- Sidewalk closed between south of The Library Center to south of Lakewood City Street
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes. No signed detours are planned.
