Roadway Sweeping to Close Lanes of Route 54 in Lake of the Ozarks Area

CAMDEN COUNTY – Missouri Department of Transportation crews will conduct roadway sweeping operations along the eastbound and westbound lanes of U.S. Route 54 in Camden County this week. The moving operation will take place in Lake Ozark and Osage Beach between Missouri Route 242 and Key Largo Road.

Crews will begin Wednesday, September 2 and are scheduled to complete the operation by Friday, September 4. One lane of Route 54 will be closed in the sweeping areas. Work will take place between 3 a.m. and 12 p.m. each day.

The work is weather permitting and could be delayed. Motorists are advised of possible traffic delays while the work is taking place. MoDOT appreciates the patience of travelers during the work.
