Where: 7th Street (Route 66) between Illinois Street and School Avenue in Joplin

When: Beginning 3 a.m., Monday, August 24 for up to two weeks

What: 7th Street (Route 66) CLOSED to allow city crews to work on storm sewer system

Traffic Impacts:

  • All lanes of 7th Street (Route 66) CLOSED between Illinois Street and School Avenue
  • Traffic diverted along signed detour using Michigan Ave., Maiden Lane and Range Line Road
  • Drivers should seek alternate route

Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
