SIKESTON - Northbound and Southbound Interstate 55 in Ste. Genevieve County will be reduced with a 14-foot width restriction as contractor crews repair the bridges over River Aux Vases.
This section of roadway is located from mile marker 143 to mile marker 150, near Ozora, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will begin Wednesday, Aug. 19 with completion anticipated Tuesday, Oct. 20.
The work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
