St. Louis Work Zones for August 6 - 12

ST. LOUIS – Drivers who use Jefferson to get to westbound Interstate 44 will need to seek different routes, starting next Monday, as crews will close the ramp to westbound I-44 for 30 days.

Crews will close the ramp at 9 a.m., Monday, August 10, to rebuild the ramp as part of on-going work on the westbound I-44 bridge over Jefferson.

The work on the ramp from westbound I-44 to Jefferson originally scheduled to start this week has been delayed so crews can use the ramp as a detour for other local construction.

Drivers can take Chouteau to Grand, then take Grand to westbound I-44 as a detour.

For more on roadway closures due to construction, additional work zone information and real-time roadway weather conditions go to http://traveler.modot.org/map.  For real-time traffic, visit www.gatewayguide.com. All work is subject to change and may be shifted due to inclement weather.
