When/Where:

  • 7 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, July 27-30 – Missouri Route 125 between Evergreen Street (I-44 north outer road) in Strafford and U.S. Route 65 in Fair Grove
  • 7 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Friday and Monday, July 31 and August 3 – Greene County Route CC between Missouri Route 13 north of Springfield and Northview Circle in Fair Grove

Traffic Impacts:

  • Drivers can expect one-lane traffic with flaggers and a pilot vehicle guiding them through the work zones. Drivers on side roads are encouraged to wait for the pilot vehicle before entering routes.
  • Drivers may be stopped for up to 15 minutes
  • Drivers are encouraged to avoid Route 125 and Route CC if possible during the projects
  • Local residents will be able to get to driveway and entrances along the road

Additional info: A chip-seal is planned for these roads as an economical way to maintain and preserve the roadway. The treatments keep a road from deteriorating and extends its life.
