HAMILTON, Mo – Repairs to the Route 13 bridge over U.S. Route 36 in Hamilton in Caldwell County are now complete. The project, which started in late May, was led by Comanche Construction, Inc., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation. The bridge had been narrowed since being struck by a vehicle in a 2019 crash. With the extensive repair work complete, crews were able to fully open Route 13 and all lanes of U.S. Route 36 under the bridge yesterday, July 20, 2020.
Though work on this bridge is complete, drivers are urged to stay alert and pay attention in work zones and to eliminate distractions. Please remember that all work zones are NO PHONE zones. Buckle up. Phone down. Arrive alive.
