Route J Resurfacing Project to Begin Monday

MORGAN COUNTY – A contractor working for the Missouri Department of Transportation will begin resurfacing Route J in Morgan County next week.

Work will take place between Route 5 and the end of state maintenance starting the morning of Monday, July 20. The project is expected to be completed by mid-August.

This work will require daily lane closures from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Flaggers and pilot cars will guide vehicles through the work zone. Drivers are asked to slow down, watch for crews and put away distractions in work zones.
