Sullivan County Route N project set to begin

GREEN CITY, Mo. –Route N will close soon for a culvert replacement project 0.2 miles west of Route B. The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission awarded the $253,999 contract to replace the culvert to Widel, Inc. during their January 2020 meeting.

The contractor plans to close the road just west of Route B, to all traffic on the morning of July 27, 2020. Motorists will need to use an alternate route until all work is complete. The contractor plans to have the road reopened by the end of September 2020. All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.

Please remember that all work zones are NO PHONE zones. Buckle up. Phone down. Arrive Alive. Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones and to not move or drive around barricades.
