WILLOW SPRINGS - Contractor crews will soon begin work to repair slopes along U.S. Route 60 in Howell, Shannon, Carter and Butler Counties. The project will extend from Business 60 in Willow Springs, Missouri, to U.S. Route 67 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
The impact to traffic will be minimal. Drivers should anticipate short lane drops and shoulder closures along Route 60.
Weather permitting, work will be underway Monday, July 20 through Tuesday, Sept. 1, including weekends as necessary.
