Route AA in Cape Girardeau County will be closed as contractor crews replace the Caney Fork bridge near Daisy, Missouri.
This section of roadway is located between County Road 475 and County Road 477.
Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, July 27, with completion anticipated Thursday, Oct. 8.
This bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
