SIKESTON - Missouri Route 91 in Scott County will be closed as contractor crews replace the bridge over Drainage Ditch #291.
This section of roadway is located between Route CC and County Road 447.
Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, June 29, with completion anticipated Friday, Oct. 16. A signed detour will be in place.
This bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
