RIDGEWAY, Mo. – Local maintenance crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation have closed Harrison County Route A, 5 miles east of Ridgeway, today, Friday, May 29, due to a culvert washout. The road is closed until further notice between Route T and Route B for the safety of motorists. The anticipated closure duration will not be known until further assessments can be completed.
Motorists will need to use an alternate route during the closure.
All work is weather-permitting and schedules are subject to change. Please remember that all work zones are NO PHONE zones. Buckle up. Phone down. Arrive Alive. Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones and to not move or drive around barricades.
